  • The certificate or credit board involved, if applicable
  • A short description of what you need

Most resolutions follow one of these paths:

  • Missing certificate — we re-issue from the program record, typically within an hour during business hours.
  • Refund — processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, per our refund policy.
  • Board submission help — we provide board-ready documentation (program code, contact hours, accrediting authority) on request.
